1. How to Obtain Coupons?

Coupons and promotional codes are distributed through various channels.

2. How to Apply a Coupon?

To utilize a coupon or promotional code:

During the checkout process, locate the designated field for promotional codes on the "Place Order" or payment summary screen.

Enter the coupon code precisely as provided and apply it to see the discount reflected in your order total.

3. Usage Restrictions

Please be aware of the following usage limitations:

Single Use Policy:

Only one (1) coupon or promotional code may be applied per order.

Coupons cannot be stacked or combined.

4. Refund Policy for Orders Using Coupons

If a refund is processed for an order where a coupon was applied, the following rule applies:

Refund Calculation:

The refund amount will be calculated based on the net price paid by the customer after the coupon discount has been removed.

The value of the coupon itself will be excluded from the refunded amount. (i.e., The customer is refunded the price paid, not the original product price.)
