Compensation for delays beyond the Standard Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) is offered based on the length of the delay:
0 – 7 Days Delay: Delays within this timeframe are considered a reasonable range for international shipping and do not qualify for compensation.
8 – 14 Days Delay: A complimentary gift will be provided as compensation for the delay.
15 – 21 Days Delay: You will receive a Partial Refund of 5% of the product price (up to a maximum of $20), along with an additional coupon for your next purchase.
22 – 35 Days Delay: You will receive a Partial Refund of 10% of the product price (up to a maximum of $50), along with an extra coupon for your next purchase.
Exceeds 35 Days Delay: Please contact us directly. We will provide a maximum 15% discount (up to $100) on the item price, in addition to an extra coupon for your next order.

C. Refund Calculation: Compensation is strictly calculated based on the net Item Price you paid, excluding any amounts paid for shipping fees, insurance, or the value of any applied coupons.
