Why Should I Pay for a Return Shipping Fee?
For returns initiated for reasons other than product quality issues or shipping damage (e.g., change of mind, buyer's remorse, item did not meet expectation), we apply a return shipping and handling fee to partially offset necessary operational expenditures.

These fees are implemented to help maintain fair and competitive pricing for all customers by covering the following non-recoverable logistical and processing costs:

1) Processing and administration associated with handling the return request.

2) Thorough inspection and quality checks upon arrival at the warehouse.

3) Cost of repackaging and protective materials to prepare the item for resale.

4) Restocking and inventory management expenses.

By sharing these specific costs, we ensure that returned items can be safely and properly reintroduced into inventory when feasible.

Fee Standards for Non-Quality-Related Returns:

Return Shipping and Handling Fee: Up to 20% of the order total will be charged.

Repackaging Fee: If the original packaging is missing or unusable, an additional US$59 repackaging fee will be deducted from the refund.
