Why Can't I Receive a Full Refund?
For returns initiated for reasons other than product quality issues or damage sustained during shipping, a Return Shipping and Handling Fee is applied to partially offset operational expenses.

Rationale for Fees

These charges are necessary to maintain fair and competitive pricing for all customers by covering costs related to reverse logistics and processing, including:

1. Processing and administrative handling of the returned item.

2. Mandatory inspection and quality verification upon arrival at the warehouse.

3. Cost of necessary repackaging and protective materials to ensure items are secure.

4. Expenses associated with restocking and inventory management.

* These fees ensure returned merchandise can be safely and properly prepared for potential re-introduction into inventory.

Standardized Fee Deductions

The following fees will be deducted from your final refund amount for all non-quality-related returns:

1. Return Shipping and Handling Fee: This fee may be up to 20% of the order total.

2. Repackaging Fee: If the original packaging is missing or deemed unusable for return transit, an additional US$59 will be deducted from the refund amount.
