Pricing
While shopfad.co.uk strives to provide accurate product and pricing information,pricing or typographical errors may occur.
1) Order Confirmation:
shopfad.co.uk cannot confirm the price of any item untilafter you place your order.
2) Pricing Errors:
In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, shopfad.co.uk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to either contact you for instructions orcancel your orderand notify you of the cancellation.
3) Availability:

Quotes
Prices stated in a quote are valid through the stated expiration date.
However,pricing remains subject to change without notice if there is an alteration to specifications, quantity, designs, delivery schedules, or due to changes in the cost of material, supplies, labor, clerical error, or foreign or domestic legislation.
Order Acceptance
Please be aware that we may be unable to accept and must cancel certain orders.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
1) Billing and Shipping:
For your convenience, you will be charged upon ordering. Your order will be shipped within the time specified on the product page or in the"Shipping Policies"section.
2) Funding Hold:
If your order cannot ship within 24 hours, your funds will be held as a deposit until the product ships.
3) Cancellation Reasons:
Situations resulting in cancellation may include limitations on quantities, errors in pricing/product information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
4) Verification:
We may require additional verification before accepting any order. We will contact you if your order is canceled or if verification is required.
5) Refunds:
If your order is canceled after payment is received, we will issue a credit via the original payment method for the amount charged.
Quantity Limits and Dealer Sales
shopfad.co.uk reserves the right to limit the number of items purchased per person, per household, or per order.
1) Application of Limits:
These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same payment account, billing/shipping address, or email address. We will notify the customer if such limits are applied.
2) Dealer Prohibition:
shopfad.co.uk also reserves the right to prohibit sales to dealers.
3) Bulk Inquiries:
If you are interested in purchasing multiple quantities for a corporation or institution, please contact our Sales Team.

All such actions or proceedings must be brought on an individual basis and cannot be consolidated with the claims or disputes of any other parties.
