What Should I Do If My Replacement Arrived with Issues?

We sincerely apologize if the replacement item sent to you has also arrived with issues (e.g., damage, defects, or perceived incorrectness).

We understand that this is highly frustrating, and we are committed to making it right.

1. Verification and Confirmation Process

Please be advised that our replacement process is designed to prevent recurrence.

It involves detailed confirmation from both our supplier and the customer regarding the nature of the issue and the specifications of the replacement to ensure accuracy before dispatch.

2. Addressing Recurrent Damage

If a replacement item—particularly one made of fragile material—arrives damaged for a second time, it indicates a high probability that the product material or design is highly susceptible to transit damage despite protective packaging.

In such extreme cases, we will offer to compensate you by providing a credit towards an alternative, less fragile product to ensure you receive a satisfactory item.

3. Addressing Perceived Specification Errors

If you believe the replacement item is incorrect (e.g., color or texture seems slightly different), please note that due to manufacturing processes, different production batches may exhibit minor variations in color tone, material finish, or texture.

If the replacement meets the confirmed specifications but still does not meet your aesthetic standards, please contact us to discuss alternative resolutions, such as an exchange for a different model.

Please Contact Us immediately with new photos and a description of the issue so our specialized team can investigate the failure in the replacement process and provide you with a final, successful solution.
